Group Benefits Assistant Account Manager

Summary: The key function of this position is to assist the Group Benefits Account Manager, Account Executive and Producers in providing first class customer service to our clients.

Salary: Range $20/hr to $31/hr

Duties:

Assist the Account Manager with various administrative service and enrollment responsibilitiesBecome familiar and competent with the Agency Benefits Management System
Documentation of prospect /client notes, meeting, renewal activities in Benefit and scanning system
Benefit Point, Intranet updates for carries contacts and procedures
Prepare meeting materials for clients and prospect meetings
Scrub enrollment and renewal documents to carriers
Assist Account Manager for claims and billing resolutions
Assist Producers and Account Manager in the client and Prospect marketing of the account
Prepare spreadsheets of new and renewal quotes
Prepare Open Enrollment Materials
Documenting Renewal data in Benefitpoint (pulling data from the O: drive)
New Enrollment/Terminations/COBRA/Follow Up Confirmation, Documentation
ID Card Requests
Documentation of prospect notes, meeting, scanning of renewal and prospect folders
Newsletter email
Collect Census Data Updates from client
Employee Navigator Preparation
Employee Navigator Build Out
Employee Navigator Data Entry
Cobra Processing

Qualifications/Job Requirements:

Possess State Life and Health insurance license
Compliance with all State continuing education requirements
Good communication skills
Proficient with Excel
Working knowledge of Word
Enjoy working with numbers
Able to Multi-Task & Must be organized

Education:

High School Diploma Required
Bachelors Degree Preferred
PA Life & Health License Preferred (will be required within 3 months of hiring)
